Automate your dues payments. You will be billed every year automatically on the date of initial payment. *Paying dues online will be $52.00 to cover the processing fees.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Due by November 2, 2024 or the year 2025.

Late Dues

Payments not received by November 1, 2024 will incur a $25 late fee.
Payments not received by December 31, 2024 will incur a $50 late fee notified by certified mail.
Homemowners who have not paid dues by January 4, 2025 will have a lien placed against property for the assessment, a late fee of $100, mailing fees, and cost of filing the lien.

Pay by Check via U.S. Mail

Dues can also be paid by sending a physical check to the LFHA Treasurer, Lisa Romero. Checks by mail should be for the standard $50.00 dues and made out to Lincolnshire Fields HOA.
