Automate your dues payments. You will be billed every year automatically on the date of initial payment. Paying dues online will be $52.00 to cover the processing fees.

Please note: 2025's fees were due by November 2, 2024 and late fees may apply

Late Dues

Payments for 2026 not received by November 1, 2025 will incur a $25 late fee.
Payments not received by December 31, 2025 will incur a $50 late fee notified by certified mail.
Homeowners who have not paid dues by January 3, 2026 will have a lien placed against property for the assessment, a late fee of $100, mailing fees, and cost of filing the lien.

Pay by Check via U.S. Mail

Dues can also be paid by mailing a check to the LFHA Treasurer, Lisa Romero. Cash is not accepted. Please do not leave checks without postage in the treasurer's mailbox. Checks by mail should be $50.00 plus any applicable late fees and made out to Lincolnshire Fields HOA.
